Lovers of organic or natural products from nearby regions meet in Ax-les-Thermes every year, on a weekend in early September, to celebrate the agriculture and gastronomy of the Ariège. Farmers’ market, food competitions, recipe tasting, taste workshops, arts and crafts and animations are on the program.
