Take advantage of the rates and the calm of the « off-season » to discover the producers of the region, to cook organically, to prepare the preserves that you will bring back home… And to visit their farms. Best periods: mid-October to mid-December, and mid-March to mid-May. On your request, we will put you in touch with these producers, but please let us know well in advance.
